PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin depositing/dispensing machine capable of arbitrarily selecting and changing a method for processing a rejected coin according to operation.
SOLUTION: A conveying means for payment 39 is arranged on a lower side of a reject unit 58 of an expulsion passage 33, and a reject box 64 between the reject unit 58 and the conveying means for payment 39 is detachably attached. When the reject box 64 is arranged between the reject unit 58 and the conveying means for payment 39, an operation that a rejected coin is stored in the reject box 64 can be selected. When the reject box 64 is not arranged between the reject unit 58 and the conveying means for payment 39, an operation that a rejected coin is conveyed and returned to a coin dispensing port 20 by the conveying means for payment 39 can be selected. A method for processing a rejected coin according to operation is arbitrarily selected and changed based on the presence/absence of arrangement of the reject box 64.
