摘要：
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building panel which can be utilized as a ceiling material, an interior finishing material, etc. for ordinary houses only through simple coating operations by forming a coated film, having air permeability and moisture permeability as in the case of a base material panel, on the surfaces of the various base material panels having the air permeability and the moisture permeability.
SOLUTION: In the building panel, two kinds of paints having low compatibility between solvents and making the solvents different in volatility from each other are applied onto the surface of the base material panel with the air permeability and the moisture permeability; and the coated film with the air permeability and the moisture permeability is formed on the surface of the base material panel by the volatilization of the solvent of the paint containing the high-volatile solvent.
