PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long-life organic electroluminescent element of high light emitting efficiency, a blue phosphorescence light emitting element including it, a display, a lighting device and an organic electroluminescent element material used for the element. SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent material, the organic electroluminescent element, the blue phosphorescence light emitting element, the display and the lighting device contain a compound represented by a following general formula (1): A 1 -B-A 2 , wherein the A 1 and the A 2 independently represent complex aromatic five-number ring containing non-substitution or substituent, and B represents complex aromatic condensed ring wherein at least one ring is a complex aromatic ring.
