PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damp-proofing laminate which can be produced at a low cost without passing through many production processes, is a thin layer, can demonstrate high level damp-proofing performance, is easy of controlling the amount of absorbed moisture, and has good transparency.SOLUTION: The damp-proofing laminate has a vapor deposition film 1 of at least two layers, and at least one moisture absorption layer 2 is held between the layers of the vapor deposition film 1 in the laminate. The vapor deposition film 1 is made of a transparent film having at least a metal oxide vapor deposition film on a base material, and the moisture absorption layer 2 is made of a transparent resin layer coated/formed on the vapor deposition film 1 by using a liquid mixture in which a chemically moisture-adsorbable substance having a primary particle size of 100 nm or below is dispersed in a binder resin solution.
