Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate in which a laminated film including a gas barrier protection layer and a polyolefin film are bonded without using an adhesive, that does not cause seepage of foreign matters or residual solvent and has excellent weather resistance.SOLUTION: In a laminate, a laminated film and a polyolefin resin film are laminated. At least in part of a gas barrier protection layer of the laminated film and the polyolefin resin film, a bond is formed between an atom in the gas barrier protection layer and an atom in the polyolefin resin film directly, or through at least one or more kinds selected from a group comprising oxygen, nitrogen, and hydroxyl. The gas barrier protection layer and the polyolefin resin film are bonded without an adhesive.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat dissipation sheet having superior thermal conductivity and heat resistance when compared with prior art.SOLUTION: Electron beam (EB) cross-linking olefin-based resin and a thermally conductive resin composition are compression molded and then cross-linked by EB irradiation to produce a heat dissipation sheet. The thermally conductive resin composition preferably contains cross-linking assistant and/or flame retardant. When the heat dissipation sheet is produced, the thermally conductive resin composition is prepared and compression molded, and then cross-linked by EB irradiation.
