PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marking method and equipment.SOLUTION: When an actual marking position of a product waiting for being marked and a preliminarily set marking position are deviated from each other, correction is automatically performed to avoid the occurrence of an ID shift phenomenon, whereby certainty of the marking position is guaranteed and the marking efficiency is improved. The marking method includes the steps of: confirming an actual marking position of a product waiting for being marked; comparing the actual marking position with a preliminarily set marking position; and marking the product to be marked on the basis of the comparison result.
