The array substrate includes a plurality of pixel units, and respective pixel units include a thin film transistor, a transparent conductive layer and a pixel electrode. The thin film transistor is the array substrate that includes a gate electrode, an active layer, a source electrode and a drain electrode. The active layer is positioned at an upper part or lower part of the gate electrode, and the transparent conductive layer comes into contact with the active layer. The source electrode and the drain electrode define a channel of the active layer.
