PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin delivery device, a coin processing machine, and a coin delivery method, capable of agitating coins accumulated on a delivery belt so as not to change tension applied to the delivery belt or a peripheral length of the delivery belt.SOLUTION: The coin delivery device includes an endless delivery belt 64 for delivering coins stored in a coin storage space 62a to the outside, and agitation means 80 provided on the inner side of the delivery belt 64. The agitation means 80 agitates the coins on the delivery belt 64 by vertically moving at least a part facing the coin storage space 62a in the delivery belt 64 so as not to change the tension applied to the delivery belt 64 or the peripheral length of the delivery belt 64.
