PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer confectionery that has a unique texture characteristic.SOLUTION: A multilayer confectionery includes a mixture that includes a base part that includes mannitol and a hydrogenation starch hydrolyzate syrup and is subjected to cooking, and a fondant part that includes mannitol, a hydrogenation starch hydrolyzate syrup and a sorbitol syrup, and includes a candy layer (center layer 20) that includes a crystalline particle of mannitol, and a chewing gum layer 10 that includes an elastomer, and a first surface of the candy layer (center layer 20) consecutively contacts to a surface of the chewing gum layer 10.
