PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the thickness variation of a laminate formed by laminating a first sheet-like member and a second sheet-like member on each other.SOLUTION: When a laminate, in which a first sheet-like member S1 and a second sheet-like member S2 are laminated on each other, is continuously produced by superposing the first sheet-like member S1 and the second sheet-like member S2 supplied from an original fabric on each other to roll them by a pair of second rolling mill rolls 38, 38 while rolling a rubber material extruded from a first rubber extruder 32 by a pair of first rolling mill rolls 36, 36 to form the first sheet-like member S1, a gap between the pair of first rolling mill rolls 36, 36 is controlled based on a detection result of thickness d1 of the first sheet-like member S1 rolled by the pair of first rolling mill rolls 36, 36, a detection result of thickness d2 of the second sheet-like member S2 supplied from the original fabric, and a detection result of thickness d3 of the laminate.
