Abstract:
単離が容易で保存安定性が高いヌクレオシド又はオリゴヌクレオチドを用いる、オリゴヌクレオチドの新規製造方法を提供する。 2’位、3’位、5’位及び核酸塩基部からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1か所に擬似固相保護基を有し、5’位又は3’位がヒドロキシ基であるヌクレオシド又はオリゴヌクレオチドの当該5’−ヒドロキシ基又は3’−ヒドロキシ基をH−ホスホネート化する工程を含むオリゴヌクレオチドの製造方法である。
Abstract(English):

Isolation used easy storage stability higher nucleoside or oligonucleotide, provides a novel method for producing oligonucleotides.
2 ', 3', 'has a pseudo solid phase protecting group at least at one location selected from the group consisting of position, and a nucleobase unit, 5' 5 nucleoside or oligonucleotide-position or 3 'position is a hydroxy group it is a manufacturing method of an oligonucleotide comprising the step of H- phosphonate of the 5'-hydroxy group or a 3'-hydroxy group of nucleotides.
