The present invention relates to brewing raw materials for making unrefined rice wine and a method for making unrefined rice wine using the same, and more specifically, to brewing raw materials for making unrefined rice wine and a method for making unrefined rice wine using the same, in which anyone can easily make high-quality unrefined rice wine having excellent taste and flavor even in the home without special apparatuses or brewing techniques, by preparing proper usage of a fermenting agent with respect to rice flour and brewing techniques into one set in order to make the unrefined rice wine.
