After priority sequence of each device is assigned according to the environmental and the required conditions, the priority sequence is loaded into the detection processing mechanism to determine the supply priority sequence of the vehicle resources. In this way, it can detect the data such as vehicle engine, braking, tire pressure, fuel amount, water amount, heating, air conditioning, lighting, sound, braking, temperature, noise, moving direction, moving angle, and so on, and determine the supply priority sequence of fuel, water, and electricity resources, so as to achieve effects of effective control, easy management and accurate recording of driving information.
