The display panel comprises a first substrate and a second substrate provided oppositely, wherein the second substrate has a light-transmitting zone and a light-shielding zone adjacent to the light-transmitting zone, wherein the display panel further comprises: an optical element provided on a light entrance side, which is away from the second substrate, of the first substrate, wherein a projection of the optical element on the first substrate and a projection of the light-shielding zone on the first substrate at least partly overlap, and the optical element is configured to deflect a light, which enters from the light entrance side of the first substrate and goes towards the light-shielding zone, to the light-transmitting zone.
