The parameter transmission method includes that: a first Transmission Point (TP) specifies a part of resources in all available resources of the first TP; the first TP defines a set of shared parameters on the specified part of resources, wherein the set of shared parameters are used for performing interference coordination between the first TP and at least one second TP adjacent to the first TP; and the first TP sends the set of shared parameters to the at least one second TP. According to the technical solutions, space-domain Inter-Cell Interference Coordination (ICIC) may be adopted on the basis of a conventional ICIC technology to further enhance a capability of interference coordination between TPs.
