The second feeding part includes a second dielectric plate, a second feeding layer, and a second transmission line. The first dielectric plate and the second dielectric plate are placed perpendicularly to each other and are perpendicularly installed on the ground plate, and the first transmission line and the second transmission line are separated from each other.
