The display panel comprises: an Organic Light-Emitting Diode panel and a reflecting Liquid Crystal Display panel arranged in a laminated mode, and a drive circuit, wherein the drive circuit is connected to the OLED panel and the reflecting LCD panel respectively; the drive circuit is used to drive the OLED panel or the reflecting LCD panel to display content in accordance with a control signal. The present disclosure solves the issue of display approach being relatively uniform by putting the OLED panel and the reflecting LCD panel together and controlling the OLED panel or the reflecting LCD panel to display content through the drive circuit.
