Such systems and methods expedite delivery of data while utilizing reliable periodic pull to validate message delivery by querying a group or groups of recipients. The invention may then receive responses from execution of periodic pull functionality and initiate known tasks or preconfigured actions in accordance with any particular response received or not received.
