A process/method is provided, which facilitates achieving and obtaining realistic, accurate voltage observability of end customer service delivery points within the secondary distribution level using the alarming capability of intelligent data gathering and communication technology devices such as, but not necessarily limited to SCADA systems, distribution system RTU or SCADA, smart meters, smart gateways, and Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) meters, or any device known in the art capable of sending alarm signals when voltage is detected above or below a predetermined threshold (generally herein defined as “Advanced Meters”). Such system and methods can be applied for many uses comprised of monitoring the energy grid, energy demand management and other energy industry applications, while minimizing operating and infrastructure/hardware costs.

Systems and methods are provided, which provide for the de-centralization of the logic necessary to perform electrical optimization of any contained electrical system. The systems and methods de-centralize, or distribute, electrical optimization logic into intelligent devices which are locally connected to both the generation and loads, in such a way that control can be asserted over these resources. The inventive systems and methods require less infrastructure and communication backbone to IT/Data Center infrastructure than are typically required by previous systems and methods known in the art.

The invention utilizes proprietary communication between Mobile Device software applications, personally associated electronic identification authority servers, and web-based application servers to verify Mobile Device identity and to authenticate end user credential factors and requests for end user credential factors with minimal end user interaction. The disclosed process/method may provide a system for verifying identity by authenticating Mobile Device end users via the submission of multiple credential factors.
