The foldable display apparatus includes a flexible display panel configured to display an image and including a first display area, a bending area, and a second display area, a first frame supporting a first rear surface of the flexible display panel overlapping the first display area, a second frame supporting a second rear surface of the flexible display panel overlapping the second display area, a first housing accommodating the first frame, a second housing accommodating the second frame, and a hinge module connected between the first housing and the second housing to support the bending area and to guide a bending of the bending area. The hinge module includes a hinge folding path disposed between a front surface and a rear surface of the flexible display panel.
