The method includes: performing, when resources for a first type of channel allocated to a first terminal and resources for a second type of channel allocated to a second terminal satisfy a specified condition, a time-domain position of a first resource among the resources for the second type of channel is postponed. In one aspect, the problem of avoiding collision occurring between channel resources configured for different terminals in the related art can be solved, thereby avoiding collisions of channel resources and improving the communication efficiency.
