Abstract:
An in cell touch panel, a driving method thereof and a display device are disclosed. The in cell touch panel includes a substrate, an organic light emitting structure on the substrate, and a package protection layer coating said organic light emitting structure. The in cell touch panel further includes a touch electrode structure disposed between the substrate and the package protection layer and coated by the package protection layer; and a connecting terminal disposed on the substrate and coated by the package protection layer. The connecting terminal is electrically connected to a touch electrode in the touch electrode structure.
