    摘要: The present disclosure provides a touch panel including: a touch region having a plurality of ultrasonic signal detection circuits and a reference region having a plurality of reference circuits, each ultrasonic signal detection circuit includes an ultrasonic sensor and a first driving circuit; the ultrasonic sensor includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and a dielectric layer between the first electrode and the second electrode, the first driving circuit is configured to drive the ultrasonic sensor; each of the plurality of reference circuits includes a reference transceiver and a second driving circuit, the reference transceiver includes a third electrode, a fourth electrode, and a dielectric layer between the third electrode and the fourth electrode; the second driving circuit is configured to drive the reference transceiver; the dielectric layer of the ultrasonic sensor has piezoelectric sensitivity; the dielectric layer of the reference transceiver does not have the piezoelectric sensitivity.

    摘要: According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a sensor for detecting a temperature. The sensor comprises a switch circuit; a charge/discharge circuit connected to the switch circuit, and configured to be charged and discharged under control of the switch circuit; a sensing circuit connected to the charge/discharge circuit, and configured to cause a charge/discharge period of the charge/discharge circuit to change with a temperature of the sensing circuit; and an oscillation circuit connected to the switch circuit and the charge/discharge circuit, and configured to generate, under action of the charge/discharge circuit, an oscillation signal for controlling the switch circuit, wherein an oscillation frequency of the oscillation signal is dependent on the charge/discharge period and thus indicates the temperature of the sensing circuit. In addition, the embodiments of the present disclosure further provide an array substrate and display comprising the sensor, and a corresponding voltage adjustment method.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, a display substrate, a driving method thereof and a display device. The ultrasonic fingerprint sensor includes: a base substrate; a driving structure provided on the base substrate and configured to transmit an ultrasonic signal; a receiving structure provided on the base substrate and configured to receive the ultrasonic signal reflected by a finger, and convert the ultrasonic signal into an electrical signal for determining fingerprint information, the driving structure and the receiving structure are provided in a same plane. Since the driving structure and the receiving structure of the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor of the present disclosure are in a same plane, the driving structure can be closer to the touch body (for example, a finger), which is advantageous for the ultrasonic waves generated by the driving structure to reach the finger to improve the touch accuracy.
