摘要: A texture recognition apparatus and an opposite substrate are provided. The texture recognition apparatus includes a light source array, an image sensor array and a light shielding layer. The light source array includes a plurality of light sources; the image sensor array includes a plurality of image sensors, an orthographic projection of the light shielding layer on a plane where the light source array is located is between two adjacent light sources, an orthographic projection of the light shielding layer on a plane where the image sensor array is located at least partially overlaps with the plurality of image sensors; the light shielding layer has at least one opening, and at least a part of an orthographic projection of the first opening on the plane where the image sensor array is located is at least on one side of the first image sensor or overlaps with the first image sensor.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a fingerprint identification structure and a display device. The fingerprint identification structure includes an acoustic wave emitter, a focus acoustic lens, and a sound wave receiver. The acoustic lens are between the acoustic wave emitter and the sound wave receiver, the acoustic wave emitter is at a focal position of the acoustic lens and configured to emit acoustic wave toward the acoustic lens, the acoustic wave receiver is configured to detect the intensity distribution of the acoustic wave emitted by the acoustic wave emitter after the acoustic wave sequentially passes through the acoustic lens and the acoustic wave receiver, reaches the surface of the finger and is reflected back by the surface of the finger. The fingerprint recognition structure improves design flexibility.

摘要: An array substrate, a touch panel and a manufacturing method of an array substrate are provided. The array substrate includes a base substrate and a plurality of gate lines, a plurality of data lines, a common electrode layer and a plurality of pixel units arranged in an array disposed on the base substrate. 摘要: An array substrate includes a substrate, a packaging layer, and at least one sensor. The packaging layer is over the substrate. Each sensor includes a sensing thin-film transistor and a sensing unit, electrically coupled with each other. The sensing thin-film transistor is between the package layer and the substrate, and the sensing unit is over a side of the package layer away from the substrate. The array substrate can also include a plurality of display thin-film transistors. The sensing thin-film transistor in each sensor can be at substantially same film layers, or of a same structure and a same type, as each display thin-film transistor.

摘要: According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a sensor for detecting a temperature. The sensor comprises a switch circuit; a charge/discharge circuit connected to the switch circuit, and configured to be charged and discharged under control of the switch circuit; a sensing circuit connected to the charge/discharge circuit, and configured to cause a charge/discharge period of the charge/discharge circuit to change with a temperature of the sensing circuit; and an oscillation circuit connected to the switch circuit and the charge/discharge circuit, and configured to generate, under action of the charge/discharge circuit, an oscillation signal for controlling the switch circuit, wherein an oscillation frequency of the oscillation signal is dependent on the charge/discharge period and thus indicates the temperature of the sensing circuit. In addition, the embodiments of the present disclosure further provide an array substrate and display comprising the sensor, and a corresponding voltage adjustment method.

摘要: A light detection circuit, an electronic device, and an optical recognition method are provided. The light detection circuit includes a charge storage sub-circuit (10), a photoelectric conversion sub-circuit (30), a signal collection sub-circuit (40), and a potential pull-up sub-circuit (50). When a potential of a reading node (A) is decreased by a preset value, the potential pull-up sub-circuit (50) changes the potential of the reading node (A) to an initial potential. A photoelectric diode may continuously generate a light current under the action of light, so that the potential of the reading node (A) is decreased again. Even when the intensity of ambient light is high, a touch can be accurately recognized in an optical touch recognition circuit, and ridge lines and valley lines can be accurately recognized in an optical fingerprint recognition circuit.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, a display substrate, a driving method thereof and a display device. The ultrasonic fingerprint sensor includes: a base substrate; a driving structure provided on the base substrate and configured to transmit an ultrasonic signal; a receiving structure provided on the base substrate and configured to receive the ultrasonic signal reflected by a finger, and convert the ultrasonic signal into an electrical signal for determining fingerprint information, the driving structure and the receiving structure are provided in a same plane. Since the driving structure and the receiving structure of the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor of the present disclosure are in a same plane, the driving structure can be closer to the touch body (for example, a finger), which is advantageous for the ultrasonic waves generated by the driving structure to reach the finger to improve the touch accuracy.
