Based on the barrel directional antenna array, the antenna system can adjust the quantity of sectors in a 360-degree range based on a change in a service volume in the 360-degree sector, so that an adjusted sector service capacity threshold can accommodate the service volume in the 360-degree sector. In this way, resource scheduling flexibility is improved.
