The lighting configuration includes at least one lamp and a shell-like housing forming a backing part fastened on the second surface of the wall portion near a periphery of the opening and bounding a cavity which is open towards the opening. The wall portion partially overlaps the cavity forming a niche in which the at least one lamp is disposed, and the wall portion, near the niche, completely overlaps the at least one lamp.
