The first optical receptacle has a first engaging section and the second optical receptacle has a second engaging section that engages with the first engaging section. A first recessed section and a second recessed section that open externally are formed in the first optical receptacle. A third recessed section that opens externally is formed in the second optical receptacle. Part of each of the inner surfaces of the first recessed section, the second recessed section, and the third recessed section is a reflective surface.
