A sealant is disposed on a side surface and an upper surface of a signal line portion disposed on the outermost circumferential portion of the display panel to increase the distance between the signal line and the outside, and blocks external static elasticity. The signal line portion on the outermost circumferential portion of the display panel is in the form of a bulk electrode or in a mesh pattern comprised of horizontal lines and vertical lines having different structures. Externally introduced static elasticity is easily discharged, and signal lines are prevented from being damaged.
