The first electrode includes at least two first openings. The two second electrodes are electrically connected with the first switching element and the second switching element respectively through the at least two first openings. The third electrode includes two first body portions, a second body portion and at least two branch portions. The black matrix includes a plurality of second openings. Two neighboring color filter layers are disposed corresponding to one of the second openings and form an overlapped structure. The overlapped structure substantially covers at least a portion of the second data line.
