The color conversion panel includes: a substrate; a color filter layer disposed under the substrate; a first light blocking layer disposed under the color filter layer; and a first color conversion layer, a second color conversion layer, and a third color conversion layer positioned under the first light blocking layer. The color filter layer includes a first color filter, a second color filter, and a third color filter, the first light blocking layer includes a first portion that overlaps the first color filter, a second portion that overlaps the second color filter, and a third portion that overlaps the third color filter, and the first portion, the second portion, and the third portion are connected.
