A terminal receives, from a base station time-frequency resource division information, which indicates a division of a time-frequency resource that is allowed to be used by another service. The division of the time-frequency resource includes one or more resource units in time domain and one or more resource units in frequency domain. The terminal further receives from the base station time-frequency resource indication information, which indicates that, in the time-frequency resource that is allowed to be used by the other service, at least one time domain resource unit and at least one frequency domain resource unit are occupied by the other service. The terminal communicates with the base station using the time-frequency resource except the at least one time-domain resource unit and at least one frequency-domain resource unit that are occupied by the other service.
