A method for providing an emergency service according to one embodiment of the present disclosure comprises the steps of: receiving an emergency message; analyzing the received emergency message and extracting emergency-related information therefrom; acquiring emergency notification content, which corresponds to the extracted emergency-related information, among a plurality of emergency notification contents pre-stored in an electronic device; and providing the acquired emergency notification content.
