The deck includes a rear portion, a power source attached to the deck, a plurality of wheels attached to the deck, a handle attached to the rear portion of the deck. Structure is included to enable a distal end of the handle to be selectively located in a plurality of positions. The handle extends upward and rearward from the rear portion of the deck.
