The protrusion includes a pair of horizontal portions facing each other and including a side parallel to a first direction, a pair of vertical portions facing each other and including a side parallel to a second direction different from the first direction, and at least one corner portion including a first oblique side parallel to a direction oblique with respect to the first and second directions.
