The stretchable film of the present invention includes a laminated film of a plurality of elastomer layers, wherein the stretchable film includes an elastomer layer (A1), an elastomer layer (B), and an elastomer layer (A2) in the stated order, wherein the elastomer layer (A1) and the elastomer layer (A2) are provided as outer layers, and wherein each of the elastomer layer (A1) and the elastomer layer (A2) contains a fatty acid amide.
