The method includes in response to determining that the first input is of a first input type corresponding to a request to display a preview of the first file, concurrently displaying a preview of the first file and one or more selectable affordances for performing actions associated with the first file. The one or more selectable affordances include: in accordance with a determination that the first file includes content of a first type, a first set of one or more selectable affordances; and in accordance with a determination that the first file includes content of a second type, a second set of one or more selectable affordances.
