Abstract:
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a downlink data communication. The UE may determine a processing time for the downlink data communication based at least in part on at least one of: whether the downlink data communication was scheduled via preconfigured scheduling or via a downlink grant received in a downlink control channel, or whether the downlink data communication is an initial transmission or a retransmission. The UE may transmit acknowledgement or negative acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) feedback, corresponding to the downlink data communication, using a timing indicated by the processing time.
