Further, the valve head is provided with a home position sensor detecting a reference position in a rotation direction of the rotor shaft, and a teaching information holder holding information on a relative positional relationship between the reference position and a position of the rotor shaft when the rotor is at a predetermined position, and the reference position acquired using the home position sensor.
