More specifically embodiments of the present invention are directed to a system and method for providing users of the system to identify, select and transact in real estate without need to execute a physical sale of the underlying real estate assets. Further, embodiments of the present invention allow for transactions in fractional, defined fractional and whole portions of a real estate units, in one, two or n-way sales.
