The system can further comprise in response to determining a condition associated with the index value is satisfied based on a result of the analyzing, determining whether a frequency band allocated to the mobile device is included in the first frequency bands and in response to the frequency band allocated to the mobile device being determined to be included in the first frequency bands, generating first display data.
