The method includes steps of: acquiring, by a first node, information on a Quality-of-Service (QoS) flow and/or resource information on a node; and deciding, by the first node, whether to accept the QoS flow and/or performance result information for the QoS flow, according to the acquired resource information on the node and/or the acquired information on the QoS flow.
