The transparent display apparatus includes a first substrate including a plurality of pixel areas, a first partition wall surrounding each of the plurality of pixel areas, a filling layer covering the first partition wall and the plurality of pixel areas, and a second substrate coupled to the filling layer. Accordingly, a stress applied to a display panel is reduced, and the peeling of an organic light emitting device and transmission of water are preventing from being spread, thereby enhancing the reliability of the display panel.
