The stack case contains the plurality of power generation cells that are stacked together in a stacking direction, and includes a pair of end plates provided at both ends of the power generation cells in the stacking direction. Further, the fuel cell stack includes a support bar extending inside the stack case in the stacking direction, and including a recess capable of accommodating the tab. One end of the support bar is joined to one of the end plates, and the other end of the support bar is supported by the other of the end plates.
