According to an aspect of the present embodiment, in a cow excreta treatment apparatus which treats cow excreta wastewater, provided is an aerobic reaction chamber for improving the aggregation and sedimentation characteristics of fine solids, the aerobic reaction chamber comprising: an air blow pipe for supplying air; a vertical membrane for preventing the outflow of raw water; and a discharge pipe for discharging air and treated water and removing bubbles generated in the aerobic reaction chamber.
