The solid-at-ambient-temperature binder can be used for the production of asphalt mixes obtained from recycled asphalt mix aggregates, said binder including at least one oil selected from a hydrocarbon oil of petroleum or synthetic origin and mixtures of same, at least one pitch and at least one chemical organogelator additive.
