The liquid crystal cell includes a plurality of protrusion structures dividing the liquid crystal cell into a first liquid crystal region and a second liquid crystal region, and the first liquid crystal region and the second liquid crystal region respectively include a first liquid crystal and a second liquid crystal, wherein a product of an average refractive index and a thickness of the first liquid crystal is different from that of the second liquid crystal.
