In some embodiments, the medium includes instructions stored thereon that, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to detect, on a cloud server, an indication to collect additional data from a cluster on an edge network coupled to the cloud server, send, to the cluster, a command to receive a command output, indicate, to the cluster, to send the command output as a type of data including at least one of raw data or parsed data, receive the command output in accordance with the command and the type of command output, and troubleshoot an issue of the cluster based on the command output.
