The hand-held power tool also includes a mode-setting device that has at least one rotatable actuation element configured to set an operating mode, a torque-adjusting element configured to adjust a torque, and a gear changing element configured to change gears of the transmission. The torque adjusting element and the gear changing element are releasably coupled together during a gear changing process.
