The method includes determining, by a terminal device, time domain requirement information of data transmission. The time domain requirement information includes at least one of time adjustment information, jitter time information, time domain resource information, latest sending time information, and remaining duration of the data transmission. The method further comprises sending, by the terminal device, the time domain requirement information to a network device.
