Abstract:
An article of manufacture is disclosed which comprises: (i) a peptide agent which is capable of preventing extracellular signal-regulated kinase1/2 (ERK) translocation into the nucleus; and (ii) a MEK inhibitor. Uses thereof are also disclosed.
