In an embodiment, the system includes a visible light mirror, comprising a first portion being at least partially transparent to visible light; a camera, optically coupled with the visible light mirror to receive visible light via the first portion; an illumination source, physically coupled with the visible light mirror and configured to emit a plurality of discrete wavelength channels; and a computer system, electronically coupled with the camera and the illumination source, and comprising one or more processors and a non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform one or more methods of the present disclosure.
